The builder of this house was Lithuanian diplomat Bronius Edmundas Dailidė. From 1921 he held various positions in the governments of the Republic of Lithuania, was an extraordinary envoy and an authorized minister to Latvia, Estonia and Finland. The residential house project near the Winter Port was prepared by architect Stasys Kudokas.

This house was built in 1931 by Valerijonas and Paulina Miliauskai. The project was prepared and supervised by engineer Vincas Ruškevičius. However, in 1933 Miliauskai sold this house to the Kerpės family – the grandparents and great-grandparents of the current house owners.

Famous interwar architect Edmundas Frykas prepared two projects of a house for the famous law professor and active citizen Petras Leonas. In 1924 another engineer Leonas Ritas took over the job, using the plan already prepared and adhering to the same aesthetic conception. The house was heightened, and new composition of the upper part was created.
