House of contractor Mikas Grodzenskis

One of the earliest houses built in modernist style, this edifice is constructive, laconic, and harmoniously proportioned. It is composed asymmetrically, street side plan has a stepped contour. The main entrance to the apartments is hidden in the deepest part, while from the front entry one gets directly into an office which is connected with the first floor apartment. The first owner and builder of the house, Mikas Grodzenskis, was a contractor and had his office there.
