We invite design enthusiasts, city lovers and fosterers to an evening of good practices sharing, where Stijn Debaillie, Kaunas UNESCO city of design partner from Designregio Kortrijk, will share inspiring experiences about the Kotrijk design region as a network of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Stijn Debaillie will be presenting one of the flagship projects, 5X5, which aims to develop new products and services by working together – bringing together 5 business / manufacturing companies and 5 design professionals. The one-year reunion ends each year with an exhibition of new, innovative products or services. And companies and designers are given opportunities for new horizons for collaboration and results.

The Designregio Kortrijk Association is a design and entrepreneurship platform bringing together organizations such as the City of Cotrijk, the Intercommunale Leiedal network of 13 cities and municipalities, Howest, University College West Flanders, Voka Chamber of Commerce West Flanders and Biennale Interieur. The platform uses design to leverage the development and wellbeing of Kortrijk region.

The presentation will take place on February 11th. (Tuesday) 17.30 p.m. Kaunas 2022 office (Laisvės al. 36), in English. There will be translation available on demand.
