UNESCO Creative Cities Forum call for speakers

The Cité du design Saint-Etienne, under the auspices of the City of Saint-Etienne and Saint-Etienne Metropolitan Government, will be hosting the 12th edition of the Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Étienne from April 28 to August 22 under the theme Bifurcations, Choosing the Essential.

The opening of the Biennale will be marked by the UNESCO Creative Cities Forum that will be held on 28 and 29 April 2021 under the title „Bifurcations of Cities”. Placing Africa and the UNESCO Creative Cities at the centre of the event, it will offer a rich program of experiences including a conference focusing on the Bifurcations of Cities, the workshop on the Mobility, Creative Cities meetings and visits of the various exhibitions.

In this context, the Cité du design is launching a call for participation for the project leaders within the UNESCO Creative Cities. They are invited to speak at the Forum and share their experiences of bifurcating projects in the different themes: Habitat, City, Environment, Mobility, Health, Biodiversity, Education or Production.
