Invitation to Policy Round Table on Creativity | DeuS
DeuSCCI is organising a high-level policy round table on creativity and skills with the European Commission and representatives from the creative and education sectors. The international conference will take place from 29 June to 3 July 2020 at BRIGHT – a global gathering of creative industries and everyone with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
As a part of BRIGHT, the DeuS project is organising a policy round table entitled ‘Creativity: the missing link between innovation and traditional industries’ with a representative from the European Commission and professionals from the creative and education sectors. The session will take place on Tuesday 30 June from 14h30 until 16h.
Speakers will share their views on the following issues:
– How to approach the creative economy? A new vision for dialogue and collaboration
– Open Design in the context of the Erasmus+ project DeuS
– How to make sure that CCIs get the skills development needed to fit our changing society and business needs?
– CCIs after COVID: What have we learnt and how to adapt business models and ensure fair remuneration for creators on the Internet?
– How to design a bottom-up policy approach taking into account the specific needs of CCIs?
Each intervention will be accompanied by a Q&A session enabled by Mentimeter, and the audience will also have the possibility to ask questions to the speakers.
