Interwar Architect’s Villa With Panoramic View

Authentic apartment for two in a modernist villa designed by an interwar architect. A few years ago, this house built in 1938 was awarded the European Heritage Label. Its modern interior is complemented by surviving authentic details: wardrobes, doors, parquet and restored Art Deco furniture. Guests have access to a private terrace with panoramic views of Kaunas.

Wooden Interwar Villa Near Pine forest

Villa “Grabytė”, which is located near the largest pinewood in Kaunas, is an example of Lithuanian interwar wooden architecture. It was erected in 1928, when Panemunė still had the deserved status of a resort, and the banks of the Nemunas river were a great place to spend lazy summer days. Guests can choose from three rooms inspired by Art Deco, enjoy the spacious garden and the terrace.
