WHAT? Creative workshop and competition

WHEN? From the 27th until 30th of October, 2020

PARTICIPANTS – architects, designers, engineers, or other students and professionals in the field of art and sciences.

FORMAT – the creative ideas catalysis workshop with mentors. An unlimited number of participants can participate in this creative workshop. The group can consist of 1 to 7 people.

Ideas for the competition can also be submitted by teams that won’t participate in the workshop or by individual developers.

ASSIGNMENT – to create a transformable closed communication space/object, where at least two people could communicate safely at the same time. The adaptive capsule must meet the safety requirements of coronavirus (COVID-19).
Authors are free to suggest the outdoor space(s) in which the hypothetical object will appear.

PRIZES FOR WINNERS
1st place – 2500 Eur
2nd place – 1500 Eur
3rd place – 1000 Eur

WORKS SUBMISSION FORMAT
The project idea must be submitted by the authors on an A1 format sheet (PDF format).
The material must be submitted by email: [email protected]
Material provided: description of the idea, visualizations of the object, plan, layouts, diagrams, videos and other additional material as needed. 

PRESENTATION OF WORKS
Each team must present their work.
Number of delivery slides: 5-10 pcs.
Format: PDF or PowerPoint. Accompanying videos can be provided as needed.
Delivery time: 7-10 minutes.
