Elin Rosenström, born in 1979, is Head of Creative Europe Desk Sweden. The Desk is part of the Swedish Arts Council, a national governmental agency under the Swedish Ministry of Culture. She has worked in different positions at the Swedish Arts Council since 2009. She is responsible for international issues related to the EU (Creative Europe Desk) and the UNESCO 2005 Convention as well as international cultural cooperation since 2013. Elin Rosenström studied at the Stockholm University and Uppsala University in Sweden and has a Master’s Degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne Paris IV, France.
