Paulius is an architect and a partner of the Office De Architecture. He has worked on various projects ranging from small scale private commissions to large infrastructure projects, including Kaunas bus station, in addition to numerous mentions in competitions as part of the office he worked at. He has extensive experience in leading various kinds of workshops and talks, contributed to the Kaunas Architecture Festival (KAFe). Paulius is also regularly involved in the art field as a participant or organiser. He is a member of the independent collective 3am, its co-founder and creator, which focuses on site-specific art. He studied at Vilnius Academy of Arts (VDA) where he gained a Master in architecture. He is a co-creator of the Lithuanian Pavillion at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2018.
