Vaidas Petrulis is a senior researcher in the Institute of Architecture and Construction at the Kaunas University of Technology. He is coauthor of Architectural Heritage of the Interwar Period in Lithuania: The Combination of Tangibility and Intangibility (2015) and Architecture in Soviet Lithuania (2012). Since 2009 Petrulis has developed a digital internet archive of architectural heritage (www.autc.lt). He is a member of ISC20C (the International Scientific Committee for the Twentieth Century Heritage of ICOMOS) and a member of the governing board of JPI Cultural Heritage: A Challenge for Europe.
