Grzegorz Piątek (1980) – architecture critic and researcher, writer, curator based in Warsaw, Poland. Graduated from Faculty of Architecture at Politechnika Warszawska, 2006. His main focus is 20th century architecture and planning in Poland. His most celebrated book is Najlepsze miasto świata. Warszawa w odbudowie 1944-1949 [The Best City in the World. Reconstruction of Warsaw 1944-1949]. In 2022 he is publishing a book on the phenomenon of Gdynia, a city built from scratch in the interwar period.
