Tadas Šarūnas is sociolgist and visual artist. In his creative and research practice he is working on wider questions of moral panic and social construction of self. His key academic interests are cultural sociology and sociology of cities. For the last 15 years Tadas was consulting national and European institutions on monitoring of public interventions and performing policy evaluations. He is currently leading an external evaluation of Kaunas European Capital of Culture 2022.
