Head of programmes at European Cultural Foundation (ECF), previously worked as coordinator of cultural and higher education projects, took part in the skills development and political reform processes in the former Yugoslavia, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Moldova, Belarus, and the Arab countries in the Mediterranean.
