ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Phil Tulba is an expert consultant in social and community enterprise, with over 18-year-long experience of working in this field in the UK, Europe and South East Asia.

Phil Tulba was recently acting as Head of Services for the Locality UK and was heading a team delivering the training and consultancy support to the community enterprises of different sizes and at different stages of development. The support included business and strategic planning, financial modelling and forecasting, impact measurement, crisis management and turnaround, skills audits and training.

Phil Tulba left the Locality UK in January 2018 to set up his own company Tulba Consulting Limited to continue delivering his vision of a world built on social justice through social and community enterprise – individuals and communities working together to improve wealth, prosperity and resilience through business.

Recently, in October 2018, Phil Tulba set up a small partnership Tulbos konsultacijos, a sister company in Vilnius, Lithuania, and works throughout Lithuania, the Baltic States and Belarus on a range of projects and assignments.
