Patricia Klomp (Leeuwarden, Netherlands) is responsible for the development and management of the current Press and Information centre in Leeuwarden-Fryslan – European Capital of Culture 2018. She works in close cooperation with the municipality of the province of Fryslan as well as other institutions and (cultural) organisations, developing a strategy and providing advice for participants in the Open Community Programme of ECoC. The strategy of this programme provides tools and the necessary support to participants, and is still being developed constantly. The idea is that every project is equally important, welcome to ECoC and is not judged or approved by us. Leeuwarden-Fryslan ECoC 2018 is for everybody.
