Neringa Kulik is the Director of Kaunas Biennial and Project Manager of the “Magic Carpets” platform funded by “Creative Europe”. Her experience includes working with different cultural organizations and institutions both in Lithuania and abroad, organising and implementing international projects, events and festivals. In 2013 she joined the Kaunas Biennial team and in 2015 she was appointed as the Audience Development Manager. In 2015 and 2017 she successfully delivered a broad educational programme consisting of school lessons in museums and galleries, tours in post-industrial spaces, and a special programme for individuals and groups experiencing social exclusion. In 2020, she was appointed Director of Kaunas Biennial. Her curatorial and academic interests include contemporary art practices and their relationship to audience engagement based on collaborative, inclusive and co-creative practices.
