Lukas Alsys is a PhD student in Theatre Studies, Performance Art producer, member of international associations of art, cultural policy and science, author of articles on Performance Art, coordinator of regional partnerships (2019–2021), curator (2021–2022) in the framework of Kaunas – European Capital of Culture 2022; deputy head of the Department of Culture, Education and Sport of Kaunas District Municipality Administration.
