Dileta is an expert in creative industries, practician of the culture policy, lector on the topic of culture funding. Currently, she a lector at the Faculty of Creative Industries at Vilnius Tech, member of Vilnius City Council. Previously – Director of the Creative Europe Desk in Lithuania, member in the Expert Board of the EU strategic project “Nordic dimension partnership in Culture”.
