Agata Etmanowicz (Warsaw/Łódź, Poland) is the curator of audience development programme in Wrocław – European Capital of Culture 2016, vice president at the organisation Impact Foundation.

From 2011, Impact Foundation consults cultural organisations in the field of audience development, organises conferences, workshops and individual consultations. The Foundation has published several publications on audience development concepts, tools and good practices, and has introduced a free audience localisation tool localizator.roswojwidowni.pl. Up to now, the Foundation has worked with more than 350 Polish institutions.

From 2002 to 2007, Agata worked at the Polish Ministry of Culture, was a curator at the Cultural Contact Office, the programmes of European Communities and “Culture 2000”, as well as was appointed by the Ministry of Culture to be the negotiator at the Council of Europe Committee on Culture and at the Audiovisual Art Work Group. Currently Agata leads workshops, advises and works with the Łódź Art Incubator. Other areas of interest: EU cultural policy, creative business, preparation and financing of international projects.
