Hundreds of people from Kaunas, Lithuania and abroad have worked for this evening for several years. It will be a show that Kaunas has not seen since its foundation \u2013 a fusion of contemporary music, giant video projections and poetry that tells the story of the city as a living, constantly renewing miracle. The aim of this event, unique and ambitious in idea and scope, is to involve everyone and anyone in the city\u2019s creative uprising. Those who won\u2019t be able to attend will be invited to watch the opening broadcast everywhere across the European Union and worldwide and to use inspiration to build a new post-pandemic future.<\/p>\n
